"Piggyback Plan" captures the emotions of two sisters, Samantha, age 6, and Riley, age 4, engaged in the time honored game of piggyback. The sculpture is appropriate for both indoor and outdoor display.
Dan's sculpture career began with retirement from his landscape business in 1995. Two years later he carved out a niche, sculpting his first life-size composition of a child. During the ensuing years he has created an impressive protfolio of sculpture, and continues to work from his studio at the Hill Gallery Sculpture Park in Sandy, Utah. Dan was born in SLC, UT in 1929.
